The Repaired for Life (RFL) program is a customer centric program that available for any service department or repair facility in the country. The design and implementation of the program is extremely simple; however, the overall benefits are tremendous. RFL is truly a new revenue source for dealerships that does not compete with any product or payment on the variable side of the business. For Agents, RFL is a phenomenal product to deliver to your dealer base. The Program:
In your service department, the Repaired for Life program will provide full coverage for your customers on any customer pay, mechanical repair, for as long as they own their vehicle. As an example, if a transmission and water pump are repaired or replaced on a customer vehicle, a future repair for those items would be covered for the lifetime of ownership with no deductible. The program pays 100% parts and retail labor on any qualified claim.
The Benefits:
